Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive system analysis and design technical requirements for complex government projects.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams and data flow models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including state officials and private sector partners, to define project scopes and deliverables.
- Lead the implementation and testing of software solutions, ensuring compliance with state and federal security standards.
- Perform root cause analysis for system failures and implement scalable, long-term solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis, software engineering, or IT project management within a government or large enterprise environment.
- Proven expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C# and database management systems (SQL, Oracle).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) frameworks.
- Strong understanding of information security best practices and compliance regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
