Responsibilities
- Lead System Implementation: Spearhead the design, development, and deployment of complex IT systems and software applications.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Extract, analyze, and visualize large datasets to provide actionable insights for executive decision-makers.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with department heads and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- System Optimization: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot critical issues, and implement performance improvements.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all technical solutions adhere to state regulations, data privacy laws, and security standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or software development within a government or enterprise environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or JavaScript; experience with ERPs (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a major plus.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of resolving complex system architecture issues under tight deadlines.
