Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed requirements analysis and translate complex business needs into technical specifications for federal systems.
- Design, develop, and implement system enhancements to improve performance, scalability, and security compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and government stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, processes, and user manuals.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Monitor system performance metrics and implement best practices for data integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Systems Analysis or IT Project Management within a federal or defense contracting environment.
- Active Secret or Top Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one).
- Proficiency in SQL, Java, or Python, and experience with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
