Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex system architectures aligned with strict federal standards and regulations (FISMA/FedRAMP).
- Conduct thorough system analysis to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend scalable, secure solutions.
- Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define detailed technical specifications and user stories.
- Ensure rigorous data security protocols are maintained across all system components.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior analysts and junior developers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis, architecture, or engineering within the government or defense contracting sector.
- Proficiency in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and modern programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
