Responsibilities
- Analyze Requirements: Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for government systems.
- System Design: Design, develop, and implement complex software solutions that comply with state and federal regulations.
- Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects using Agile methodologies.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure all technical implementations adhere to strict security protocols and government compliance standards.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in systems analysis, preferably within the government or public sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Java, Python, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is highly preferred.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or similar ITIL certification is a strong plus.
