Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications and system designs.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and developers to ensure project milestones are met.
- Identify system bottlenecks and implement performance optimization strategies.
- Maintain and upgrade legacy systems to ensure security and compliance with state regulations.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate software functionality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in systems analysis, software development, or IT consulting.
- Proficiency in SQL, Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and database management systems (Oracle, SQL Server).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
