Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of complex IT systems and infrastructure solutions.
- Conduct thorough system troubleshooting and performance tuning to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including requirements and architecture diagrams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system inefficiencies and propose innovative improvements.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal cybersecurity standards and data privacy regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and IT support staff.
- Manage project lifecycles from initiation through deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in systems analysis, IT architecture, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and scripting languages (Bash/PowerShell).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and change management processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
