Responsibilities
- Lead Technical Solutions: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of critical government IT systems.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with government agencies to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- System Optimization: Analyze existing systems to improve efficiency, security, and performance.
- Project Coordination: Manage project timelines and resources to ensure on-time delivery of digital initiatives.
- Compliance: Ensure all technical operations adhere to state and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in systems analysis within the public sector or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Java, Python, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Certifications: PMP or ITIL certification is highly preferred.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
