Your Mission
As a Senior Analyst, you will bridge the gap between technical requirements and business solutions, ensuring our systems are robust, scalable, and secure.
Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of complex IT solutions for state agencies.
- Conduct thorough system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal efficiency.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in systems analysis or IT project management.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or Java programming languages.
- Deep understanding of government data privacy regulations (GDPR/FERPA).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a suitable background check/security clearance.
