Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of complex IT solutions for state agency clients.
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define project scopes and deliverables.
- Ensure all system designs adhere to strict federal and state security compliance standards.
- Oversee the troubleshooting and optimization of legacy systems to improve performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and policy advisors.
- Document system architecture and provide technical guidance to junior analysts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Systems Analysis, preferably within the public sector or government contracting.
- Proficiency in Java, .NET, Python, or similar programming languages.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and database management systems (Oracle, SQL Server).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance (Secret level preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
