Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of complex IT projects from conception to deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Perform system analysis, design, and documentation for network and database upgrades.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot critical issues to minimize downtime.
- Provide mentorship to junior analysts and contribute to team best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in systems analysis or IT project management within the government or public sector.
- Professional certification such as PMP, CAPM, or CompTIA Security+ is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
