Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement complex IT solutions to support state agency operations.
- Conduct system analysis, requirements gathering, and technical documentation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, software development, or IT project management.
- Experience working within a government or large enterprise environment is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Java, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
