Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system development and integration.
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level software solutions using modern frameworks and programming languages.
- Lead technical workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Perform system performance tuning, security audits, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal uptime and data integrity.
- Conduct training sessions for staff and stakeholders on new system features and best practices.
- Ensure all technical projects comply with state regulations, security standards, and data privacy laws.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance on architecture and coding standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis, architecture, or software engineering.
- Proficiency in SQL, Java, Python, or C#; experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of government IT frameworks, security protocols (NIST, FISMA), and compliance standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar technical certifications are a plus.
