Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable network infrastructure for federal agencies.
- Oversee cloud migration initiatives, ensuring compliance with federal security standards (FISMA, FedRAMP).
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and incident response for complex system issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy software solutions in an Agile environment.
- Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and risk management planning.
- Train and mentor junior staff on best practices for federal IT operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in systems engineering, IT infrastructure, or government contracting.
- Strong proficiency in Linux, Windows Server, and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, network protocols, and data privacy laws.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
