Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 product vision, ensuring scalability, security, and innovation align with market forecasts.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the deployment of robust, distributed microservices architectures capable of handling high-scale global traffic.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of code excellence and continuous learning.
- Future-Proofing: Identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) and integrate them into our current infrastructure.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical blueprints.
- Code Review & Standards: Enforce rigorous coding standards and conduct deep-dive technical reviews to maintain system integrity.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Senior Architect or Lead Engineering role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Technologies: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Java; experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading technical roadmaps for major product releases.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to pivot and adopt new technologies in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
