Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to align technology initiatives with long-term business goals.
- Predictive Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Sustainable Tech) to forecast their impact by 2026.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide the engineering leadership team in adopting agile methodologies and high-performance engineering practices.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical strategies into actionable insights for C-suite executives and product stakeholders.
- Innovation Implementation: Spearhead proof-of-concept projects for disruptive technologies to be integrated into our core stack.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the technical architecture to ensure scalability, security, and efficiency for future growth.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technology strategy with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think several years into the future and define clear roadmaps for technological evolution.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI, Cloud Infrastructure, and Data Analytics.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or similar strategic planning certifications are a plus.
