Responsibilities
- Oversee design and construction of $50M+ transportation infrastructure projects
- Coordinate with federal agencies, contractors, and local municipalities
- Conduct traffic studies and recommend engineering solutions
- Ensure compliance with WSDOT standards and environmental regulations
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers and technicians
- Prepare project budgets and progress reports
- Implement innovative sustainable transportation technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (PE license required)
- 5+ years of transportation project management experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and transportation modeling software
- Knowledge of WSDOT design standards and FTA/FHWA regulations
- Experience with complex bridge/highway rehabilitation projects
- Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills
- WA State driver's license with clean record
