Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Lead the design, planning, and execution of municipal infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, drainage systems, and public spaces.
  • Technical Design: Prepare detailed engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit.
  • Compliance & Regulation: Ensure all projects adhere to local, state, and federal codes, as well as environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct site inspections, review contractor submissions, and ensure quality control throughout the construction phase.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, contractors, and community stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and conflict resolution.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited university.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, preferably within a municipal or public works environment.
