Responsibilities

- Coordinate with state and federal agencies on grant-funded development projects
- Prepare detailed environmental impact assessments and feasibility studies
- Mentor junior planners and oversee project deliverables
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Urban Planning, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in municipal planning or government policy development
- Strong proficiency in GIS software and urban modeling tools
- Proven track record of managing complex community engagement processes
- Knowledge of Massachusetts environmental regulations and permitting processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license
