Responsibilities

- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for internal staff and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems administration or IT support within a government or large enterprise environment.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and virtualization technologies.
- Experience with cybersecurity frameworks, including NIST compliance and data privacy regulations.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required government security clearances.
