Responsibilities
- Monitor server logs and system performance to ensure 24/7 operational availability.
- Perform proactive maintenance and patch management for critical infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for internal staff remotely.
- Enforce strict security protocols and access controls during the night shift.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and maintenance activities in the IT ticketing system.
- Collaborate with day shift teams to hand over critical issues and status updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or network engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking protocols (TCP/IP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctuality.
- Ability to obtain a State of Tennessee background check.
