- Remote Support: Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for remote employees across multiple locations.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers to deliver software solutions on time and within budget.
- Compliance: Ensure all IT operations adhere to state security protocols, federal regulations, and data privacy laws.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate technical documentation and update standard operating procedures.
- Critical Response: Participate in on-call rotation for emergency system outages and major incidents.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems administration or software development within a government or enterprise environment.
- Remote Work: Demonstrated ability to work effectively and independently in a fully remote setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) is required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting to senior leadership.
