Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain federal systems, networks, and hardware during night operations.
- Execute routine security protocols, patch management, and system diagnostics.
- Respond to and resolve technical incidents that impact night shift workflows.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless data continuity and handovers.
- Document system logs, performance metrics, and incident reports accurately.
- Adhere to all federal security regulations and ITIL best practices.
Qualifications
- Active Secret or Top Secret clearance (or eligibility to obtain).
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a federal, defense, or government contracting environment.
- Strong proficiency in network administration, Windows Server, and Linux.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and time management.
