Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee complex federal projects from initiation through closure, ensuring strict adherence to agency timelines and budget constraints.
- Analyze and interpret federal regulations, compliance standards, and security protocols (e.g., NIST, FISMA) to ensure operational integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality technical solutions and services.
- Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and documentation for senior leadership and federal oversight bodies.
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance departmental efficiency and productivity.
- Mentor junior staff members and conduct training sessions on federal processes and technical procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Public Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a federal contracting or government environment.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and federal acquisition regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Ability to obtain or maintain a Secret Security Clearance is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
