Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and fingerprinting.
- Experience in customer service or social services is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
