Responsibilities
- Assist clients with the application and renewal process for state benefit programs.
- Review and verify documentation for accuracy and compliance with state regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Update and maintain accurate case files and digital records within our secure database systems.
- Collaborate with local community partners and agency staff to resolve complex client issues.
- Conduct outreach activities to inform the public about available state resources.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional high call volume.
