Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to state employees and the public regarding administrative inquiries.
- Process and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in accordance with state regulations.
- Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, and assist in the organization of departmental events.
- Perform data entry tasks and generate complex reports using Microsoft Office Suite and state databases.
- Assist in the preparation of correspondence, memos, and official documents.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office procedures and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative or clerical experience in a government or corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
