Responsibilities
- Monitor and oversee daily operations during the night shift to ensure all protocols are followed.
- Review and process incoming data reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Communicate with morning shift staff to facilitate a seamless handover of operations.
- Enforce state and agency policies, maintaining a safe and secure environment for all personnel.
- Assist in the investigation of irregularities or discrepancies found during night audits.
- Maintain accurate logs and records for all activities performed during the shift.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice or Public Administration is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a government or corporate office environment.
- Must be able to work a rotating night shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and government database systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
