Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage state facility security systems and access controls during overnight hours.
- Process and validate high-volume data entries and administrative documentation to ensure accuracy.
- Respond promptly to emergency communications and coordinate with on-call personnel.
- Conduct routine facility inspections and safety checks to maintain compliance.
- Ensure strict adherence to state regulations and internal security protocols at all times.
- Prepare and submit nightly operational reports for management review.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s in Public Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, data management, or security.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain data integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and government software systems.
- Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain state security clearance.
