Responsibilities
- Develop and implement statewide public health programs serving Chicago metropolitan area
- Manage $2M+ annual budget with rigorous fiscal oversight

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years program management experience in government/nonprofit sector
- Illinois residency required upon hire
- Advanced knowledge of CMS and CDC reporting protocols
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred
- Proficient in Tableau and Salesforce CRM
- Valid Illinois driver's license
- Background clearance required
