Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications and system requirements.
- Design, test, and implement software solutions and applications to improve internal and external service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and policy advisors, to ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct system audits and performance monitoring to identify areas for optimization and security enhancement.
- Provide technical training and support to non-technical staff to ensure effective utilization of state systems.
- Ensure all technical solutions comply with state and federal regulations and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems analysis, software development, or a related technical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, SharePoint).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with Agile or Waterfall methodologies is highly preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a State of Ohio security clearance.
