Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot complex IT systems and networks during off-peak weekend hours.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Coordinate with federal and state agencies on urgent weekend projects and system upgrades.
- Provide technical support and documentation for state employees and external partners.
- Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance protocols.
- Collaborate with the operations team to resolve critical infrastructure issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in IT support, systems analysis, or government operations.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong understanding of data security and privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA, FERPA).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and specific government software platforms.
