Responsibilities
- Provide tier 2 and tier 3 technical support for end-users across state facilities.
- Perform hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Manage and maintain software licenses, security patches, and operating systems.
- Respond to help desk tickets and resolve complex network connectivity issues.
- Collaborate with the central IT team to ensure 24/7 system availability.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Help Desk or IT Support role.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, and Windows 10/11.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and obtain state security clearance.
