Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues for state agencies located in Jacksonville.
  • Manage and prioritize IT service tickets (Help Desk) during weekend hours to ensure minimal disruption to government operations.
  • Perform routine maintenance, updates, and backups on servers, workstations, and peripherals.
