Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional program managers to design and deploy software solutions that meet strict state regulatory compliance requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all system architectures, processes, and standard operating procedures.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior IT staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to protect sensitive government data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT systems analysis, software development, or technical support.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or SQL, and database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
- Strong understanding of federal and state government data privacy regulations, including HIPAA and FERPA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
