- Review and verify pension eligibility and retirement applications for accuracy.
- Perform complex actuarial calculations to determine precise benefit distributions.
- Assist retirees and beneficiaries with inquiries regarding their pension statements and claims.
- Ensure strict compliance with state and federal pension regulations and reporting standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in pension administration, retirement planning, or government benefits.

- Ability to work effectively during the night shift and manage high-volume caseloads.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.
