Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Perform high-volume data entry and document processing with a 99% accuracy rate.
- Assist staff and the public with inquiries regarding file retrieval and agency policies.
- Coordinate the archiving and digitization of physical documents and files.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive government information.
- Utilize database management systems (e.g., Adobe Pro, SharePoint) to track document status.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in administrative support or data entry is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong typing skills (minimum 40 words per minute).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and fingerprinting process.
