Responsibilities
- Design and oversee highway construction/improvement projects in Tarrant County
- Conduct traffic analysis and develop transportation impact studies
- Manage project budgets and ensure compliance with state/federal regulations

- Review engineering plans and specifications for compliance
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for public hearings

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of transportation engineering experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and traffic modeling software
- Experience with TxDOT design standards and procedures
- Strong project management and budget oversight skills
