Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery for state highway and bridge rehabilitation projects
- Coordinate with city, county, and federal agencies to ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage $5M+ project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Lead interdisciplinary teams of engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Conduct site inspections and technical reviews of construction progress
- Develop detailed project plans and risk mitigation strategies
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of transportation project management experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Washington State
- Demonstrated expertise in WSDOT project delivery processes
- Strong knowledge of federal/state transportation regulations
- Experience with complex urban infrastructure projects
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- PMP certification preferred
