- Design and oversee highway/bridge construction projects using CAD software
- Conduct traffic studies and recommend infrastructure improvements

- Prepare technical documentation and environmental impact reports
- Mentor junior engineers and review design specifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (ABET accredited)
- 5+ years of transportation engineering experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation
- Experience with TxDOT design standards and procedures
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Valid Texas driver's license
