Responsibilities
- Design and oversee highway/bridge construction projects
- Conduct traffic studies and infrastructure assessments
- Manage project budgets and compliance with DOT regulations
- Collaborate with federal/local agencies for permitting
- Prepare engineering reports and technical documentation
- Mentor junior engineers and field inspection teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (ABET accredited)
- 5+ years of transportation engineering experience
- Texas PE license (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and GIS software
- Familiarity with TxDOT design standards
- Strong project management and communication skills
