Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Transportation Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of professional transportation engineering experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in California
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and traffic modeling software
- Demonstrated experience with complex urban transportation projects
- Strong knowledge of MUTCD, Caltrans standards, and federal transportation regulations
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Valid California driver's license
