Responsibilities
- Design and oversee highway, bridge, and transit infrastructure projects
- Prepare engineering reports, cost estimates, and environmental documentation

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Conduct field inspections and resolve technical issues

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of transportation engineering experience
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license in California
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and traffic simulation software
- Knowledge of Caltrans standards and federal regulations
