Responsibilities
- Conduct field inspections and data collection for transportation infrastructure projects
- Prepare technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Analyze traffic patterns and recommend engineering solutions
- Coordinate with contractors and municipal agencies on project timelines
- Ensure compliance with federal/state transportation regulations
- Prepare detailed project reports and cost estimates

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Civil Engineering Technology or related field
- 2+ years of transportation engineering experience
- Pennsylvania Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and GIS software
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with PennDOT design standards and procedures
- Ability to work in field conditions and travel throughout Philadelphia
