Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of state highways and traffic control systems
- Operate heavy machinery including graders, rollers, and snow removal equipment
- Respond to emergency weather events for road clearing and safety operations

- Document maintenance activities and prepare detailed inspection reports

Qualifications
- Valid Texas Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in transportation maintenance or civil construction
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Strong knowledge of traffic control devices and work zone safety protocols
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
