Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive transportation plans for the Philadelphia metropolitan area
- Analyze traffic patterns and congestion data using GIS and statistical modeling tools
- Coordinate with local municipalities and state agencies on infrastructure projects
- Prepare detailed technical reports and funding applications for federal/state grants
- Conduct public outreach and stakeholder engagement for major transportation initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal transportation regulations and PennDOT policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in transportation planning or engineering
