Responsibilities
- Manage complex transportation infrastructure projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate with state agencies, contractors, and community stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal/state transportation regulations and safety standards
- Develop and monitor project budgets exceeding $10M
- Conduct site assessments and risk evaluations
- Prepare detailed progress reports for executive leadership
- Implement innovative traffic flow optimization solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years of transportation project management experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification required
- Proven expertise with MassDOT project protocols
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, and project management software
- Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license
- Familiarity with NEPA review process preferred
