Responsibilities
- Develop transportation plans using GIS and traffic modeling software
- Analyze multimodal mobility data for Baltimore metropolitan area
- Collaborate with city officials on infrastructure improvement projects

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of transportation planning experience
- Proficiency in ArcGIS and traffic modeling software (TransCAD/Vissim)
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Maryland driver's license with clean record
