Responsibilities
- Coordinate project documentation and maintain digital records using state-specific platforms
- Assist in scheduling contractor meetings and site inspections across King County
- Process procurement requests and track budgets for transportation infrastructure projects
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders including local government agencies
- Support compliance with federal/state transportation regulations and reporting requirements
- Analyze traffic flow data and prepare progress reports for senior leadership
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in government/construction
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Valid Washington State Driver's License
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong written communication skills for technical documentation
- Experience with public sector procurement processes
