Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 5+ years transportation project management experience
- Familiarity with FTA/FHWA regulations
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Strong stakeholder management abilities
- Proven budget management experience
- Knowledge of Massachusetts transportation policies
